The VIN is a special identification number for the vehicle that shows a lot of information about the engine, the production year, the manufacturing country and other characteristics of the vehicle, and is used in everything in the licensing, shipping, repair and retrieval operations, usually located on the side of the driver’s door and also through the bottom of the glass Front or rear box.

The first three numbers give information about the company and the factory where the car was built, and the common numbers we will see are as follows:

The first figure refers to the manufacturer state
• 1/4/5: refers to the United States
• 2: refers to Canada
• 3: Refers to Mexico
• J: refers to Japan
• K: refers to Korea
• S: refers to England
• W: refers to Germany
• Z: refers to Italy
• Y: refers to Sweden

The second number of chassis numbers refers to the manufacturer

The third digit identifies the type of vehicle, and the numbers four to eight determine the characteristics of the vehicle from the engine to the chassis transmission. The ninth figure confirms that the vin chassis number is real .
